Westwood Agarwood Tree Education Responsibility (W.A.T.E.R) Program
Westwood Agarwood Tree Education Responsibility (W.A.T.E.R) Program was grandly held at SJK (C) AIK MING in Muar. The chairman of the school, Tan Poh Son, the representative of YB Ir. Ts. Mohamad Fazli Bin Mohamad Salleh, the village chief Lim Chiew Yeng, and Westwood Group COO Kenny Gan gave speeches, showing that Westwood Group attaches great importance to environmental protection and education. Vijaya International CEO, Johnson Low, also attended as an environmental ambassador.
Representatives from both parties and students participated in the tree planting session together. These agarwood saplings will become giant trees one day, symbolizing the nurture of the students to be our future inheriting the environmental protection philosophy upheld by the Westwood Group and carry it forward.
In the end, representatives of Westwood Group and the school exchanged souvenirs, then showed the deepest appreciation to YB Ir. Ts. Mohamad Fazli Bin Mohamad Salleh for his support of this event and environmental protection. So far, Westwood Agarwood Tree Education Responsibility (W.A.T.E.R) Program ended successfully.
